A key member of a small and collaborative HR team, the Total Rewards Manager will independently administer and lead all benefits, compensation, and HRIS initiatives for a mid-size 300 employees. This position evaluates and make recommendations on benefit and compensation to attract, retrain, and engage top talent. Key measures of success for this position include improved employee retention, improved employee satisfaction, implementation of data analytics, and compliance with state and federal requirements.
