HR Works is Hiring a Total Rewards Manager Near Rochester, NY

HR Works is partnering with its client, a non-profit healthcare organization, with its search for a Total Rewards Manager. This position is located onsite in Brighton, NY and has a compensation range of $80-$100,000.

A key member of a small and collaborative HR team, the Total Rewards Manager will independently administer and lead all benefits, compensation, and HRIS initiatives for a mid-size 300 employees. This position evaluates and make recommendations on benefit and compensation to attract, retrain, and engage top talent. Key measures of success for this position include improved employee retention, improved employee satisfaction, implementation of data analytics, and compliance with state and federal requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field (required).
  • 5 years of experience leading HR benefit administration in a mid-size organization (100 ).
  • At least 5 years of HR Generalist experience.
  • Technically savvy, with extensive HRIS experience.
  • Experience and a desire to be both hands-on and strategic.
  • HR experience within a non-profit organization is required.
  • Experience working in a healthcare organization is strongly preferred.
